Job DescriptionManages the rollout according to the plan for the assigned Onboarding Sets and leads the TT membersActs in close alignment with the Transformation Coordinator to ensure a successful and efficient rollout of assigned Onboarding SetsOrganizes and conducts meetings/workshops according the Onboarding ProcessPrepares and presents regular status reports, identifies and mitigates risks1st point of contact for Transformation Coordinator during onboarding

QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management (Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Transition/Migration Manager) in global environmentsService Now knowledge is beneficialProficient office computer skills -MS Office; MS Excel; MS PowerPointFluent in business EnglishGoal oriented, independent, proactive and structured workingAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Keen attention to detailTeam-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.Solution oriented/ fast reactionOrganized and methodicAmenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
