ServiceNow Solution Architect Consultant
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team. The resource will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow's solutions and services, in a client consulting environment. The Solution Architect is responsible for advising clients, prospective clients, technical leads, and technical consultants on the capabilities of the products and platform features and how they interoperate to provide business value. The Solution Architect will be responsible to oversee project implementations and develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow platform, product capabilities and complimentary technologies in a client-consulting environment including IT Service Management; Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, App Engine Applications, Custom ServicePortal, NOW Experience and UI Builder and Core Platform Features. Advise on all technical aspects of the project delivery and solution delivery on the ServiceNow platform including: + ArchitectSolution Design for Custom App Engine Application Development + Directingworkshops to gather business/technical user stories + Directingcustomers on industry and ServiceNow best practices across products andplatform + ArchitectureSolution Design for Custom App Engine Application Development + Interfacewith ServiceNow technical product teams as needed + Be theprimary voice of the project team, directing other lead developers andbusiness process consultants and project managers on best practices forimplementation + Prepareand present all client facing and internal deliverables that aretechnology related + Drivethe continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and serviceofferings based on client experiences + SubjectMatter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions + Championemerging platform features such as NOW Experience, UI Builder, AI/ML + Creationand delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements throughtechnical architecture in consideration of process design and technicalbest practices and standards + Collaborateand Contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of TechnicalBest Practices and Standards for the development teams + Ensuringtechnical deliverables to are complete, consistent, high quality, on timeand deliver valued outcomes + AchieveServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined + Minimum10-15 years of incremental technical experience in technical roles (seniordeveloper, lead developer, architect) delivering solutions in clientenvironments (Various technical stack experiences preferred, Java, . ,C++) + Demonstratedexperience in end-to-end development, traditional software engineering + Skilledwith JavaScript, Angular. , JQuery and/or BootStrap. , React, NodeJS,NPM + Proficiencywith web service standards such as SOAP, REST, XML, etc. + Proficiencywith web API’s, Data integrations/ETL, Relational Databases + Experiencewith SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud + Proficiencywith modern HTML5/CSS/LESS + Proficiencywith how web applications work including security, session management, andbest development practices. + Experienceconfiguring cloud platforms/applications + Proficiencywith Agile project management and delivery methodologies + Degreeor equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science orEngineering disciplines + Demonstratedexperience in technical consulting roles, client facing required + CertifiedServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certificationsrequired + Maintaincertifications as a CSA and product implementation specialist / worktowards micro certifications and continual progression in developerlearning plans + 4+years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consultingenvironment **Consulting Skills** + Abilityto convey architectural runway of the ServiceNow platform for clients andstaff + Abilityto tie feature capabilities to business value in specific products and usecases + Provenleader, team player and team builder + Quicklearner that can adapt to a fast pace, changing environment + Eagernessand a strong desire to expand IT knowledge at an enterprise level, as wellas a willingness to be mentored by other IT consultants. + Demonstratedability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, andrisks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery + Stronginterpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal withcultural diversity + Excellentoral and written communication skills with the ability to present andexplain technical information in an articulate manner + Strongattention to detail and creative problem-solving skills is an absoluteessential + Abilityto understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriatebusiness and technical solutions to meet those needs + Provenrecord of successfully managing business relationships + Stronginterest in cloud computing and related technologies including SaaS, PaaS,IaaS. + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. + Pay Range: $90-120/HR W-2 + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) + An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.
