We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Sr Developer-US Citizen to join our team in Rockville (REMOTE), Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

ServiceNow Senior developer: 

NTT Data is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Senior Service Now Developer to join our dynamic team in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities: 

Service Catalog Development: 

Configure Service Catalogs, record producers and build workflows.  

Implement Service Catalogs from scratch with the extensive use of latest flow designer and integration hub that requires to fetch inputs such as User/group information from various external applications.  

 Configure Order guides, design Workflows to submit multiple items with single request • Develop UI Appearance for Service Catalog Requests  

 

ITSM, SPM Development:  

Design, develop, customize, and administer ITSM suite of applications.  

Experience in working on the ITIL process modules like Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Knowledge Management and Reporting. Configure and customize project portfolio management module and integrated with user interface Done. 

 

Custom applications Development:  

Develop custom applications and underlying tables to meet client specific requirements using ServiceNow studio.  

Build workflows for approvals and notifications for the process flow.  

Build reports and dashboards as per the requirements.  

Create many to many relationships with cross scope privileges to copy the data from one application to the other defining the relationship between both.  

 Apply Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, services, and associated configurations, including administration experience. 

 

  ServiceNow Portal Development:  

 Configure Service Portal, make modifications and enhancements as required 

 Develop the portal pages, widgets and other components based on requirements 

Configure reports, metric definitions to view the status of Tasks, track them, and intervene where required, to improve overall efficiency and Effectiveness.

Designed service portal, to provide end users ease of access while creating requests. 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum 8 years of development experience on ServiceNow platform. 

Minimum 6 years of experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML  

Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

Must be a US citizen.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications 

Experience in IT service management 

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems 

Exceptional customer service skills. 

Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria 

Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results 

Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes 

Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues 

Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc 

ServiceNow certified professional preferred 

ITIL c3 certification preferred 

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 - $208,672. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
