Opportunity:
Seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for maintaining and developing ServiceNow for a federal government customer. You will provide technical engineering solutions related to ServiceNow applications for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Successful candidates will Identify and develop processes to streamline design and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily administration of the ServiceNow platformPerforms disaster recovery operations, protects data, software, and hardware from malicious actorsWork closely with users, partners, and other stakeholders to identify potential system issues and fix existing problemsCollaborate with other technical subject matter expects and vendors to resolve issuesProvides engineering development in the ServiceNow platformIdentifies opportunities that reduce overall solution cost and development timeSupport Organizational Change Management and Continual Service Improvement initiativesDevelopment of standard operating procedures and processes related ServiceNowEnsures that all technical artifacts are developed to the highest quality standards


Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 9 years’ experience as a Developer or System AdministratorMust have a fully adjudicated secret clearanceMust be able to support full-time on-site in Arlington, VA.Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:Development of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOMSystem Administration for ServiceNowTroubleshooting ServiceNow


Desired:

Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Implementer, or System Administrator certification is highly desiredScripting language experienceHighly organized, structured, process oriented, and a self-starterAbility to work independently as well as with a teamExperience with Agile DevelopmentExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsITIL certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
