Job Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead will spearhead of development efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and a robust roadmap for future growth. This role is pivotal in leading delivery while building a sustainable, high-performing development team for ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery of ServiceNow development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices
* Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers
* Identify and address gaps in current development practices, aligning with organizational goals
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap
* Transition development responsibilities from Cognizant to an internal team by May
* Build and scale internal scrum teams to support future platform enhancements
