ServiceNow Technical Product Owner
Job Description As the primary point of contact for the ServiceNow platform of a large utility company, this role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into actionable user stories for development. It includes maintaining and updating the platform roadmap in alignment with a 2030 clean energy strategy, refining the backlog in collaboration with the Agile Delivery Manager, and ensuring new features meet business needs while balancing technical feasibility. Cross-functional collaboration is key, working closely with IT, Operations, and other teams to drive platform adoption and successful project delivery. Quality assurance is maintained through rigorous testing and defining acceptance criteria, while change management efforts ensure smooth rollouts via training, documentation, and support. Continuously optimizing platform performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and integrating industry best practices are crucial, alongside staying informed about the latest ServiceNow advancements to implement innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and value. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.    Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.    In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities, modules, and integrations.    Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team environment.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.    Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.    Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
