Job Description

Devoteam-NPlatform is seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join our fast-growing professional services team as Trainee - ServiceNow Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNow’s various modules and platform capabilities.Support customer projects and internal initiatives under the guidance of experienced consultants.Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.Assist in the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow cloud-based solutions.Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow development using best coding practices.Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation as needed.Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

 

QualificationsRecent graduates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Passion for technology, cloud solutions, and IT service management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
