We are seeking hard-working future leaders to help support various functions across our Securities Services franchise. Development will include both structured and on-the-job training with regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders. **We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.** The Citi Securities Services 10-week Summer Analyst Program provides entry-level employees with the ability to learn the Securities Services business through training sessions and real, on-the-job experience. Summer Analysts have the opportunity to work closely with a Securities Services team as if you were a full-time Analyst – this is not a “survey” or “shadow” position.
