Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be actively managing, monitoring, and trending Services Cost KPI’s at the Hungary repair shop, both strategically and tactically. You will own the Services Productivity metrics for the shop and will work directly with the shop leadership team to add visual management and daily standard work. Through data analysis, shop engagement and Cost Genba events, you will help to identify, execute, and audit productivity projects to meet business needs. You will help to ensure standardization across the repair and overhaul shops. Being the Hungary Repair Shop Cost Leader, you will help to address any cost queries, cost/benefit analysis and project prioritization and thus need to be able to navigate various digital tools. This role is solid line into the Services Cost Team with a strong dotted line into the site leadership team.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in Operations, Engineering, or program/project management.Strong communications and leadership skills, ability to work with many different parties and stakeholdersExperience working with data, especially with MS ExcelDesired Characteristics:
