Job Description SummaryYou will be part of the core team at GE Digital Grid Software Business Driving Energy Transition for the planet by designing, building, delivering and maintaining software applications & services for next generation Grid Software that orchestrates the 40% of the world’s power today. You will work with a global team to develop interfaces for GridOS Data Fabric and Data Connect modules based on customer needs. This role is expected to deliver, develop and tailor GridOS Data Connect product to fit the customer needs. This role will be part of Digital Implementation services team at Hyderabad working on integration and interface development for the GridOS Data Connect product.

Job Description

Responsibility:

Implement, test and deliver integration solutions and integration flows for our customers using the GridOS Data Connect SDK and other supporting frameworks and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or similar technical field or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years of hands-on programming skills within the Java or Kotlin programming language and related frameworksExperience with agile development methodology and test-driven development.Familiar with Git, Confluence, Jira, Nexus, Spring, Maven.Hands on experience within REST, Web Services/SOAP, XML, JSON, MQ etc.Hands on experience with Kubernetes and Docker technologiesExperience with continuous integration/continuous deployment systems.

Desirable skills and competencies:

Experience with either integration development or the energy utility domain.Experience working with global agile team.Quick learner.
