The Services Engineering After Market Cost Productivity Leader is responsible for developing strategies and scaling processes in Engineering and MRO to reduce costs and avoid expenses across all commercial engine lines. This role involves driving initiatives to meet or exceed annual cost reduction targets and building a pipeline of projects for future years. Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize FLIGHT DECK – GE Aerospace operating system for establishing baselines and driving continuous improvement.Collaborate with Services Engineering and partner organizations to develop scalable cost productivity strategies and processes.Manage multiple broad-scope programs simultaneously.Make high-level decisions and handle complex tasks in operational, services, MRO, repair, technology, or engineering areas.Assess information quality, ask pertinent questions, and offer creative solutions.Ensure all initiatives comply with GE Aerospace's safety, quality, delivery, and cost priorities.Strengthen the value chain of cost-out or avoidance ideas from program management to business impact realization.Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.Minimum 10 years’ experience cross functional and leadershipAt least 5 years of experience in variety of engineering or technology or MRO or Repair development or Cost and leadership positions.Proven experience in process development cutting across functions or divisionsDesired Characteristics:
