Job Description SummaryIntern will work in Services team to reinforce and improve business processes and IT apps enabling to propose the right service at the right time to the right customer, and thus enabling us to keep growing profitably. The role’s achievements will have a high visibility internally and with our customers.

It involves interacting with various stakeholders and functions (Sales, Project Management, Sourcing, Service operations, marketing, …) as well as with the regional service P&Ls.

Essential Responsibilities:

Review current business processes and identify areas of improvements.Map the Services Teams’ current practices.Create guidelines and support internal trainings.Work with assigned product / process owner to better define specifications for digital implementations.Follow up implementation with digital Team (in Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, and other platforms).Own testing and feedback of “Service 360” customer portal for enhanced customer experience. Work closely with assigned mentor to improve existing data base quality (using data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Power Query, Tableau etc.)Work on updating existing gaps in documented procedure and guidelines based on user pain points and feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
Analytical skills and ability to express in a concise wayStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work with people from different functions or regions.Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a matrixed, globally based teamsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other office toolsFluent in English with strong writing & communication skillsStrong prioritizing and time management skills.Good to have Handson experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, etc. to automate data analysis tasks.
