As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service for the DACH market, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.
You are responsible for:
Supporting Customer Service daily activities for the DACH market
Updating internal database with Work Instructions
Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration
You're the right fit if:
You are currently enrolled as a student
You are fluent in English and German - at least B2 level
You know basics of Excel and Word
