We are seeking a Services Partner Enablement Administrator (M/W/D) to join our team. This is a Hybrid opportunity based out of Langenfeld, Germany.
Job Summary
We are looking for an individual who is highly collaborative, initiative-taking, and who possesses a strategic mindset as well as strong attention to technical and end user experience detail. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive transformation through technology and process adoption is foundational to the success of this role. This is a critical role as it has a significant impact on the success of partners collaborating with the organization. You will need to be a dynamic individual that is both curious and empathetic to the significant changes occurring within the organization.A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of learning, technical, and process training and a passion for education and/or a background in a technical industry, combined with excellent project management, implementation, communication, and leadership skills, make for an ideal candidate.Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver materials to accelerate the partner onboarding process ensuring our global partners assimilate, effectively understand Imprivata solutions and contribute within their new partnership as quickly and effectively as possible.Work with International Channel Sales and Business Development to create a partner model for onboarding.Working closely with department managers, analyzing training needs, developing learning approaches and curricula.Create quality gates and measurement models for partner success and requirements.Lead the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning programs.Create an engaging learner experience in each onboarding role with various training strategies.In collaboration with department managers and SMEs, inventory current content and perform gap analyses to improve the quality and effectiveness of onboarding content.Independently manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, including prioritization, timeline, risks, execution, communication, and conflict management.Monitor and provide initiative-taking communication and risk mitigation for multiple projects and priorities.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective content.Provide content and curriculum feedback through assessment metrics with course developers to ensure content quality improves iteratively.Mentor and train internal instructors, or SMEs, as part of a train the trainer program.Gather feedback from new partners, mentors, and managers to continuously improve the onboarding programRequired Qualifications
2-3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; implementation, project management, preferably in instructional design or sales enablement related fields.Ability to identify, design, and deliver sustainable innovative solutions.Ability to use industry and internal best practices and knowledge to improve processes and resolve complex problems or problems where current processes or precedents may not exist.Experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology companyFamiliarity with privacy, security, and cloud computing concepts a plusExpertise in Microsoft office tools (excel, word, powerpoint, visio)Excellent communications skills include presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required, and a desire to coach others.Strong organization, planning, problem resolution, influencing and facilitation (in person and virtually) skills.Ability to connect with people and build effective work relationships.Must have experience in developing work plans and project scopes At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
