Key Responsibilities - Project Management:
Supervising and leading projects and project teamsPlanning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of a projectEnsuring project milestones, deadlines, budget and scope are metLiaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progressManaging project documentation and using technical tools and software programsOptimizing processes and conducting team-building activitiesKey Projects and Programs that this role will be responsible for include:
Budget Management: Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget in collaboration with the finance team. Track budget and provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team. Participate in the annual project planning process, taking lead on the financial aspects. Continuous Process Management: Lead the team in identifying areas for process improvement and lead/collaborate on initiatives to streamline and improve our innovation delivery processes across the team. Adoption Management and Tracking: Work with the program managers and business leaders to ensure that adoption plans are in place prior to implementation phase of any project that changes how users do their work. Aggregate reporting of all adoption programs to leadership.Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Minimum of 7 years in project management.Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies with related experience.Background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Team player with a problem-solving aptitude.

Minimum Salary: $148,544.00
Maximum Salary:$213,532.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $148,544.00 and $213,532.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
