Services Project Manager

Position Summary
The Services Project Manager is responsible to provide project management support for all Services related projects assigned to them from point of sale through execution. Responsibility includes customer communication, document management and control, project site coordination with Construction team, and other activities to support the Executive and the Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all communications with customer and internal resources upon handoff from sales Review all sales docs to develop orders and approval drawings, and manage entire approval drawing process with customer and internal team through shipping to execution in the field Coordinate buyout items through bidding and vendor purchasing Work with Construction team and/or subcontractors to develop work plans, schedules and all other activities to execute project. Manage process for all project change orders, product quality or shipment issues, closeout documents, including punchlist, action items, etc. Manage projects in the stage gate process and ERP system (D365) and other department tools, including managing revenue recognition, cost management and invoicing. Any other activities to support the department team or CST’s processes

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines 5 years of industrial or commercial based Project and/or Construction Management Ability to read and understand drawings and other technical documents, as well as standard construction means and methods
TRAVEL Minimal, but may occur from time to time, to make job site visits for pre-job meetings, etc

LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to read, write and speak in EnglishREASONING ABILITY Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Handle problems involving variables in a standardized situation. Ability to make decisions and know when/where to make concessions.
COMPUTER SKILLS Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, SharePoint, D365, SalesForce.com, or other CRM software)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Walk, must be able to move about inside the manufacturing and office and occasionally on a construction site or outside of the manufacturing facility. Use hands/fingers to feel, must be able to operate computers. Sit and stand, must be able to work at a stationary desk that may require sitting or standing. Standing on concrete floor and uneven terrain will be required frequently. Climb and balance, must climb stairs. Stoop, kneel and crouch or crawl. Lift and carry weights of 50lbs.
