The primary focus of this role is to empower Social Impact customers to achieve their organizational vision by helping them go live, accelerate their use of NetSuite software, and connect them to different resources as needed. The Social Impact Renewal Manager will also work on account related inquiries, creating estimates for add-ons, and most importantly work on license renewals.
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, nonprofit orientated individual who has a strong desire to be part of a close-knit team and has the ability to represent and advocate the programs of Social Impact as a whole. This role will be working NoAM shift.
Core responsibilities:
Performs outbound and inbound communication to Nonprofit and social enterprise organizations to onboard them in using NetSuite. Assists nonprofit contacts with challenges and problems converting them into sales opportunities when possible Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of NetSuite’s services and of NetSuite’s internal operational processes Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned donation accounts. Process renewal paperwork within the 90-day period. Maintain current knowledge of how Social Impact customers use NetSuite in their organization and proactively seek testimonials from our donation accounts about how they use NetSuite software to accelerate their vision Should be a strong team player and be able to effectively communicate. Experience in the nonprofit sector a plus. Willing to work NoAM time zoneAs a member of the global Social Impact Team, this role will be helping nonprofits under $2 million achieve their business vision with NetSuite technology.
