1. Main Mission
Works independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments. This role demonstrates applied technical experience and diagnostic for on-site project management across BU, Sh/He will also highlight technical and digital tools skills missing in his/her organization.
2. Activities & areas of responsibility
qComply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices and proceduresqPerform Startup/Commissioning on Schneider Electric product & possible competition equipment.qPerform Preventive, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance on equipment qAbility to analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer qBe able to analyzed and explain reports results to customers and management qAble to stand, walk, for extended periods of time and to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 poundsqCertification & accreditation could be required vs Business and Country regulations.qProactive participation to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1)qUnderstand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order etc..)qSupport planners, coordinators, project manager to get good customer site condition understanding qEscalate quality or technical issue detected on fieldqUnderstand Ecostruxure offer and provide technical explanation to customers qUse all digital tools designed for SE FSRqTrack Installed Base (serviceable assets)qAdvise customers on different opportunities top optimized its install base and creat lead generation business opportunities qPerform basic audits of customer’s electrical systems and equipment (MPS walktrough)qPerform Field Services Operations and provide best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature
