Job Title: Services Sales Leader

Location:  Virtual, United States

Position Summary: 

The NCR Voyix Retail business is transforming and we need strong leadership to help us drive progress.  We are seeking a highly energetic Services Sales Leader. This person will lead the strategic vision and execution of the company’s global service solutions, focusing on driving growth in Managed and Multivendor Services across diverse markets. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for increasing existing customer wallet share, expanding New Customer Acquisition, developing high-level service strategies, and overseeing the global services marketing function to promote the company’s comprehensive services offerings. You will collaborate closely with the global sales leadership team, acting as a key influencer and Subject Matter Expert on Service Solutions. Additionally, you will spearhead cross-functional initiatives to unlock new revenue streams, drive account planning, and ensure the successful delivery of services across the Americas and multiple industries. This role requires a visionary leader with the ability to navigate complex, multinational customer engagements and inspire teams to consistently exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

Strategic Leadership: Lead the global strategy for New Customer Acquisition with a focus on driving growth in Full Lifecycle Services, including Managed and Multivendor services. As an executive leader, you will shape and oversee service solutions that impact multiple regions and countries, with the potential for global account exposure.

             

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Take ownership of expanding the company’s services portfolio by developing high-level, innovative strategies for market penetration and customer engagement. Lead the global services marketing function to design, promote, and execute the comprehensive service solution strategy, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market presence across new and existing customer bases.

Sales Leadership & Partnership: Collaborate with the global Solution Sales leadership team to identify, develop, and capture Service Solution Opportunities. Oversee funnel management and ensure that the sales pipeline is filled with high-quality, executable opportunities. Act as the executive point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all major Service Solutions engagements.

Account & Opportunity Management: Drive executive-level account planning and lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact opportunity strategies. Provide oversight and guidance on major bids, presentations, and demos. Ensure adherence to global governance frameworks and maintain alignment with overall corporate goals.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: As an executive leader, partner with other senior business unit leaders to explore cross-sell opportunities across the organization. Lead strategic initiatives to identify and target large-scale opportunities in both existing and new markets, while also managing executive stakeholder relationships.

Performance Oversight: Develop and maintain a strategic outlook on the services business, identifying risks and opportunities. Implement data-driven strategies to maximize the company’s service solution offers across all regions. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure that all sales orders, revenue objectives, and growth targets are consistently exceeded.

Basic Qualifications: 

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

Executive Leadership Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in global services leadership, preferably with a focus on managed or multivendor services solutions at a senior level. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Experience and successful track record of working with customers in the Retail sector.

Strategic Vision & Execution: Proven experience in developing and executing global service strategies that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Sales & Market Expertise: Deep expertise in sales, market planning, and business development, with an established track record of building and managing a robust sales funnel and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Influence: Experience working collaboratively with senior executives across various business units and regions to deliver comprehensive service solutions.

Exceptional Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex strategies and ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel domestically and/or globally up to 50% of the time, as necessary.
