You’ll create impact by:Sales and Marketing: Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.Efficient Support: Deliver rapid and effective technical problem-solving.Customer Dedication: Prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional support.Innovation Catalyst: Identify and recommend new business tools and service solutions.Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and guidance on Siemens products and solutions.Strategic Forecasting: Predict monthly, quarterly, and yearly order intake to drive growth.Your defining qualities:Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of electrification, automation, and power systems (MV/LV, protection, automation, SCADA).Business Acumen: Strong understanding of contracts, finance, and project management.Problem-Solving and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to solve problems, lead teams, and achieve goals.Industry Experience: Proven track record in brownfield operations, power plant/substation upgrades, and customer service.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and language skills (English).
