Services Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Service Sales Representative who will serve customers by selling Services products meeting customer needs. In this role you will also support dealers in developing their sales pipeline, support service partners and customers in regards of service contracts, maintenance contracts and active parts sales based on installed base and capture rate models.

 

This role will be remote in Austria and will report to the Service Manager. 

Main tasks and responsibilities Drive revenue growth in services through targeted selling and support Use installed base data to hunt for new Services Products customers (e.g. Accessories, Parts, Contracts)  Proactively develop your dealers, service partners, and other chosen customers Drive Service Network performance based on service sales and installed base in Austria  Consult dealers and service partners related to Services campaigns  Manage and supervise the local service network in cooperation with business line sales team and dealers Support sales dep. in terms of maintenance service and all other service offerings, accessories sales and ProCare Maintenance contract offering Working in close cooperation and support with central services to align campaigns and performance measurements of service partners and dealers Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and also competition Support yearly target agreements and marketing plan with dealer and monitor their forecast  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Audit dealers and service providers to ensure compliance with Hiab policies regarding stock targets, marketing, and competitive offerings Work closely with CSC service managers to focus on specific growth areas What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field Qualification as industrial sales representative  3-5 years experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria Fluent in German language, Good English skills  Ability to travel, at least 50% of the time You will be part of
