Atlassian is looking for a Services Solutions Advocate.

The Atlassian Advisory Services helps customers realize the value of their Atlassian investment through the delivery of outcome-based solutions centered around the Atlassian System of Work.

Our Services Solutions Advocates (SSAs) team, within Advisory Services, positions the solutions that best fit the customers need based on where the customer is in their Atlassian journey. The Services Solutions Advocates help customers understand their available options, inclusive of Channel Partner recommendations, and provide tailored recommendations that help clients achieve their desired outcomes

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the United States, Mountain/Central/East time zones.

Your future team

Our Services Solutions Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Professional Services Sales and the Atlassian Ecosystem,. We position outcome-based services to help clients achieve their goals and realize the value in their Atlassian investment.

We're hiring a Services Solutions Advocate, reporting to the Head of Advisory Services, Americas. You are an experienced seller with a background in professional services. Here, you'll work with our Sales team to position net new services and our Advisory Services team to position services expansions or add-ons.

In this role, you will:

In this role as a Services Solutions Advocate you will connect with the customer's main business and technical decision makers and understand the outcomes they want to achieve with their investment with Atlassian.

You will perscribe a package of services that is inclusive of Atlassian's Advisory Services and Partner's services capabilities - as a holistic value-focused solution offering.

You will partner with teams across our Sales and Success organization within Atlassian and you will also partner with our Atlassian Partner Ecosystem.

You will align dependencies and timing between software and services sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless sales process for our customers.

Your background:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the professional services sector, with at least 2 years focused on the Atlassian ecosystem. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Knowledge: Understanding of Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence including solution areas such as Enterprise Agility, ITSM, and DevOps.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: ($128,400 - $171,200)

Zone B: ($115,600 - $154,100)

Zone C: ($106,600 - $142,200)

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
