538418 Services & Solutions Delivery Capability Expert - Customer Delivery
As a member of our Capability Expert Team, you will focus on enhancing processes and tooling capabilities that support our Customer Delivery and Professional Services Organization, Customer Order through Installation.
Your role:
Understanding of our operational landscape and the ways in which customer delivery processes and platforms facilitate the fulfillment of customer ordersDemonstrate expert knowledge in integrated platforms that support the Customer Delivery Management ProcessManage and support the design, build, test and deployment of new capabilities for our Customer & Professional Services Delivery organizationOversee business processes for all identified businesses and functional areasCollaborate with key business stakeholders to prepare business cases, scope, assumptions, and deliverables for projectsPartner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline business processes and enhance employee productivityAnalyze inefficiencies in existing processes and lead specific changes to improve themProvide documentation, training materials, and user training on new policies, processes, and procedures as neededUtilize strong influencing skills to gain acceptance from others and drive through the change curveAct as a liaison between stakeholders and business partners to ensure that risk management and the business impact of process changes and functional design are clearly understoodCommunicate effectively across functions within the organization, including Executive LeadershipPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedYou're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; master’s preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management delivery, professional service support, finance or operations environmentExperience in SAP and/or SalesForce.com is required; experience with Certinia Professional Service Automation (FinancialForce) is desiredAdvanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, build consensus, and work through others to achieve goals and objectivesStructured, organized, and adaptable personality to quickly understand issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve themAbility to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilitiesPragmatic business acumen understanding the value of standard work and practical solutionsYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.About Philips

The pay range for this position is $94,900 to $175,200, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
