Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within Contracts process, you are responsible for taking care about service contracts, and warranties within BeNeLux market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

 

Your role:

Creating, renewing & terminating service contracts and extended warrantiesModifying existing contracts and extended warranties for appropriate services execution of pricing and billing informationVerifying customers' entitlements on ad-hoc requests & issuing invoices and credit/debit notesConnecting the correct installed productsReceiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requestsDeveloping and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if you have:

Approx. 1 year of experience within Customer Service or similar areaFluent  Dutch is a mustEnglish on min B2 levelProfessional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an assetYou enjoy having direct contact with customers (B2B) and keep a high standard of communicationYou bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantageThe problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunitiesAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmen
