Are you interested in supporting a client's business in a supervisory role? Look no further than the Supervisor Services position! This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of contracted service solutions to ensure client satisfaction. This includes providing exceptional technical support, maintaining high quality standards for custom configurations, managing a team of technicians and material handlers, and working to streamline all day-to-day business practices related to quoting, vendor warranty, trade-ins and more. As the Supervisor Services, you will be a driving force behind innovative solutions that take a client's business to the next level!
Key Responsibilities
Maintains relationships with Insight's primary services vendors and shares current product/program information with team and sales. Assists in developing new partnerships and technologies to increase services revenue. Monitors orders to ensure efficient employee performance. Follows business guidelines, communicating problems to management. Maintains safety standards, reporting unsafe conditions. Supervises daily workload prioritization and assignment. Coordinates training and assessment for new teammates and resolves external complaints. Configures and updates quality assurance procedures and system diagnostics. Contacts sales reps with sales-related project questions. Maintains and follows ISO standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university, or equivalent experience. MCSE or similar certifications preferred. 3 years SAP experience required. 3 years supervisory experience in high tech environment preferred. Thorough working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000. Intricate knowledge of all Insight Services partners' programs and procedures communicated effectively to teammates and sales. Proven record of effective team supervision. Ability to respond to sensitive inquiries/complaints. Effective presentation and communication skills.
