Technical lead with .NET full stack experience 

Mandatory:

Experience as a Technical lead managing team of developers to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Write high-quality code that is scalable, maintainable, efficient, and secure.Coach and mentor engineers in the development process, providing guidance and technical support.C# .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, SQL server programming Entity Framework, Java script, J-Query, Source control – Git, Azure CloudProficiency in C# and .NET technologies as Full stack developer (Front end to Backend)SQL Server Programming – Database design, write performant, efficient SQL queries, Stored procedures, Optimization/tuning of SQL QueriesExperience using Azure Devops, Azure Storge, Azure service bus or other azure cloud services.Integrate software with third-party applications for integrated systems, WEB APIsExperience with Test driven development.Experience with client/server, multi-tier architectures.Experience in design, development, and testing of enterprise applications. Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skillsHands on experience using Design patterns.Experience using 3rd party java script libraries – knockout, slick grid, Kendo grid, jQuery.Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud environmentExperience with agile development practices.Good thought process and Problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsPositive attitude, with high levels of self-motivation and self-governanceCustomer Orientation and strong customer facing skills.Interact with teams (Onsite and Offshore, Cross functional)Continuously improve software development processes, tools, and documentation

Hands on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Apps servicesMicro services development would be nice to have

• Leads the efforts of a team of over 10 Unisys associates or contractors. This is not a direct reporting relationship, but leading a project or solution team of developers, testers, engineers or support associates to meet critical deliverables. May act as a SCRUM Master. • Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of enterprise systems, networks or application software, as well as desktop applications. • Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations. • Defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications and modifies and maintains complex existing applications. • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. • Analyzes requirements and may maintain, test and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. • May assist with the evaluation of new and existing software products. • Learns project management techniques by acting as a team leader on small projects or portions of larger projects.• Develops client support plans for major projects. • Develops further depth and expertise in delivery management and may continue on the delivery management path or go on to deepen technical skills in architecture or highly specialized subject matter expertise.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad range of application support, enterprise support using Microsoft .NET technologies
