Services Technician
Location: This is an onsite opportunity where you will work in the office during training. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

About the role
As a Services Technician, you will get to:
Perform triage and analyze tickets. Perform remote troubleshooting and push cases to resolution based on technical knowledge, SOPs, and expertise within agreed-upon SLAs. And escalate incidents as needed to push it to resolution Escalates issues to a higher tier of support. Collaborate with Engineers to determine the effective course of action. Respond to phone calls, chats, or self-service customer touchpoints and assist clients with any issues that occur (system, network, VPN, application, etc.). Other duties or tasks may be assigned from time to time. Reports directly to operations/shift Team lead. What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree Focusing on IT, Computer Engineering, and other related studies, from a four-year College or University At least 1-2 years of related work experience in an NOC or equivalent environment supporting IT infrastructure which includes administration, support and implementation of servers, networks, databases and storage assets. Remote troubleshooting experience is required. Solid knowledge and experience supporting 2012, 2016, and 2022 Windows Server, Linux Servers, and Virtualization technologies such as Vmware and Hyper-V. Solid knowledge and experience in Networking (IP connectivity, routers, switches, VPN) Other technical skills and experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Good to have but not required Data Network (Cisco switches, routers and firewalls, Meraki Wireless, SDWAN’s) Voice networks (Cisco) Storage (NetApp, Pure) Data protection (Veaam, Rubrik)
