As a Servicing Governance Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working with our Servicing Governance team. This role focuses on mortgage servicing, financial analysis, and compliance. This internship offers a chance to develop skills in financial analysis, compliance, and operational processes while working on impactful projects.

About the Role:

Learn about servicing processes like loan modifications, loss mitigation options, and investor claims.

Assist with financial reviews, document filing, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Help process and code invoices for property-related work.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, reduce losses, and ensure accurate fund allocation.

Support credit reporting tasks to ensure accurate updates to credit bureaus.

Create reports, analyze metrics, and present findings to improve team performance.

Take notes during meetings and assist with preparing presentations.

About You:

Minimum Qualifications

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and solve problems
