Description
As the Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Performs clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment.
+ Applies various learned methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks.
+ Works independently most of the time, performs basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas.
+ Ensures work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies and SLA(s).
+ Performs basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements and perform routine math calculations.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
Required Skills/Experience:
+ 2 - 4 years experience of working in an operations environment
+ Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an account
+ Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills
+ Strong written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
+ Financial services experience
+ Strong compliance/regulatory environment knowledge/skills
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Position it based out of Riverside. Role is hybrid, 3 days/week onsite after training period. Subject to change.
