Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize a custom computer software program in the development and design of the patient’s orthodontic treatment as approved by the Orthodontist to achieve class 1 orthodontic occlusion.Adheres to department-documented MCIs, SOPs, and policies and procedures for case design.Cross-trained on the “Anatomy” portion of the customized software suite and the “Scan Clean” operation.Adherence to the certified operator training program which ensures quality case designs for the orthodontic customer. Successfully pass written orthodontic and design exam, followed by a successful probationary period where the Aligner Case Designer will achieve 90% or higher on 8 consecutive cases (one miss allowed).Coordinate manufacturing activities with those of other departments; provide staff assistance to other departments as necessary.May participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for manufacturing activities; recommend improvements for policies and procedures.Prepare and present reports as directed.Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity, and teamwork.Work OT as required by the business.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:   

Higher education (Complete University or current study a career)Advance English level (At least B2+)Extensive experience with computers (office, internet)Certified Dental Assistant (preferred not required)Third Language in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, or Portuguese (Preferred not required)

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:         

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
