Available Shifts: 3rd Shift (11p-7a)

Day Shift Position

Comprehensive Compensation Package:

 

Pay Range: $19.72/hr. to $21.39/hr.

Responsibilities

This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

 

Job Duties:

Perform tooling changeovers on thermoforming equipment to meet validation requirements.Handle equipment set-up for Thermoformers in an efficient and timely mannerPerform all tooling (Die & Mold) maintenance and prep job tasks.Assist maintenance with repairs on equipmentIdentify tooling and equipment repairs neededTrain other employees on set-up job duties to an effective level of performanceAll Setup checklist paperwork accurately completed in a timely mannerCommunicate improvement opportunities to the technical groupRun samples in support of the Process Technician and in the absence of the Process Technician to meet product specification requirements.Responsible for operating thermoformers when not performing set ups at a rate that meets or exceeds production and quality standards of the companyAble to operate tooling associated equipment as it relates to tool maintenance & prep.Operate a forkliftAble to lift 50 lbs.Previous experience preferredAll other duties assigned by Team Leader & Supervisor Qualifications
