**Job Title: Set Up Operator (Start ASAP!)** **Overview:** + Location: Miami Lakes, FL + Pay: $21-24 per hour + Shifts: + 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm + 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm + 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am + Work Environment + The role is in a GMP environment. + The braiding machine room is noisy, and employees will need earplugs. + The company will provide PPE except for steel toe shoes. + The area is climate controlled. + Orientation is on the first day at 8 am, and training/shadowing will last a minimum of 3 months on the designated shift, unless stated otherwise. **Job Description:** We are seeking a cleanroom technician to assist with the assembly of medical device products. The candidate will be responsible for the assembly and sub-assembly of products as well as the sterilization of raw materials and finished products using alcohol. **Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot equipment and complete basic repairs on the braiding machines that encase the plastic catheters with a metal reinforcement. + Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated and repaired according to standard operating procedures. + Perform lock out and tag out procedures. **Essential Skills:** + Machine operation + Mechanical assembly + Troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Mechanically inclined + Good hand and eye coordination for sub-assembly + Experience on a production line **Why Work Here?** We offer a great work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
