**Job Description:** _The Set-Up_ _B_ _Technician supports the production needs of the operation by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines_ _i_ _n the_ _Machine Shop_ _._ Duties and Responsibilities + Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations + Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed + Complete 1st piece inspection prior to release for production + Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment + Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees + Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms + Organizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the Machine Shop as a whole + Other duties and projects as determined by production and business needs Education, Skills, and Experience: + High School Diploma or equivalent required + Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience preferred + Must demonstrate understandingand working knowledgeof equipment used to support production + Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions + Great attention to detail is required + Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essential + Above basic math skills and reasoning ability + Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills + Forklift certification Physical Demands _The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job_ _._ _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._ _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
