Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Set-up and operation of production utility machinery per specifications.Maintains resin/additive levels in blenders and hoppers and perform effective changeovers.Responsible for ensuring the line is running quality film at optimal rate and monitored throughout the shift.Plan for changeovers by having cores cut, material staged, drain time sheets made, packaging supplies ready, etc. Perform QA responsibilities for updating the QA database and double checking verification checklistsPerform Floater responsibilities for assisting other setups, watching materials, checking alarms, assisting in packaging of production rolls and change oversEffectively transports finished goods and raw materials to storage areas using a forklift.Effectively handles and documents loose roll scrap for disposition as directed by the production supervisor.Adhere to Berry Global Safety Absolutes and all safety policies while reporting all maintenance and safety issues immediatelyParticipate in continuous improvement of operation.Performs Daily preventive maintenance as assignedContinuously pursue the establishment and reinforcement of a high performance work team environmentMaintain good housekeeping practices and clean area as needed.Must work effectively with co-workers as a team member and support safe, quality productionPerforms and assists in other tasks as directed by supervision/managementMaintains Good Manufacturing PracticesComplete any other reports as required by senior management. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
