This position is part of the O2C team for LAC, responsible for generating and handling monthly settlement collections for Amex GBT clients, follow E2E process, from profiling, review, invoicing, and collections.
In this role, you will manage client contracts to accurately configure price lists in billing systems and manage CGM account executive cases in SalesForce.
He/she will supervise the open accounts receivable portfolio to improve cash flow, reduce write-offs, and maximize revenue.
This position will manage and coordinate annual price increases (COLAs) according to client contracts.
Settlement Analyst work as a subject matter expert to implement system changes/improvements, new rates, or products in conjunction with Technology, Operations, and CGM.
Responsible for billing and collection of premium products and services. He/she will also be responsible for collection and billing of TPNs in LAC.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Timely monthly preparation of Client Settlements.
+ Contract interpretation and analysis, to setup Pricelist according client agreements.
+ Responsible for Client Profiling and maintenance in Billing System (SUNTEC)
+ Creation of Invoices, Proof Payments and Credit Notes according tax market regulations
+ Collection of overdue accounts through different payment methods (CC/Wire Transfers)
+ Billings, Allocations, Payments for LAC Region.
+ Monthly Accrual generation, revenue forecast execution for multiple revenue lines.
+ Participate in monthly calls to follow-up Client Account Receivables.
+ Assist in the maintenance and ongoing development of process performance metrics.
+ Work with Finance Manager to improve process and develop cost reduction projects.
+ Assist management in the preparation of interim and annual audit requirements.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with key business and finance partners.
+ Provide scheduled deliverables in a timely manner and Ad-hoc reporting as requested.
+ Maintain documentation and execute processes in accordance with compliance policies and SOX requirements.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ +2 years related accounting and reconciliation experience
+ Accounting or Finance Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
+ Advance knowledge in Mexico Electronic Invoicing 4.4
+ English advance level. Able to communicate clear ideas.
+ Excellent MS Excel skills.
+ Relational database management, MS Access tool
+ Experience with NetSuite preferred
+ Knowledge in Macros, Power BI Tool or Tableau is a nice to have.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment and exhibit flexibility and the ability to work with various personalities.
+ Communication, you have developed skills in capturing people's attention by what you say and how you say it.
+ Focus, you have the ability to prioritize, set goals and work efficiently.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
