Description
Grain experience required. This role will be responsible for settlement functions. Manage and maintain the back-office process of applying and settling all Thru-put and export related activity. Coordinate with facilities, merchandisers, and accounting to develop and implement controls ensuring proper settlement within contract specifications.
•\tEnsure the timely creation of commercial invoices on export related shipments.
•\tExport Logistics / Export Documentation
•\tManage inbound and outbound trucks, rail, barge and containers
•\tCoordinating documentary instruction
•\tWork directly with Merchandisers and Customers to ensure proper and timely settlement of grain shipments and receipts
•\tContinuous review of both business and system processes, identifying and improving as appropriate
•\tInsure complete contracted docs are obtained for every shipment
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with the creation of commercial invoices Experience working with farmers or trucking companies Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and/or IndustryPrior experience in the grain or freight industry is highly desirablePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
