Setup and Integration Specialist
Position Description:

We are seeking a Setup and Integration Specialist to facilitate various activities within our organization, primarily focusing on setups related to prescription eyewear. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple platforms and tools.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

 Audit Prescription Setup (Tool: Adminet)
• Create prescription versions of plano frames.
• Add power ranges, images, size, and color of frames to the prescription.

 Order Monitoring (Tool: Adminet):
• Resolve orders stuck due to missing RX Data.
• Associate frames & lenses, input power ranges, and activate frames.

 Lens PKGs Setup (Tool: FMS1):
• Create and update lenses for all integrated channels with FMS1.
• Disable lenses on FMS1 when necessary.
• Map insurance requests and create logic for insurance analysis.
• Create new attributes as required.

 Lens Setups (Tool: PIM E-commerce):
• Create lenses on the E-commerce platform for all involved brands.
• Setup data and create/update feeds as necessary.

 RX Promotions Setup (Tools: HYB/WCS/Markdown tool):
• Configure RX promotions on lenses using various tools.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 2-3 years of experience using SAP-FMS, e-commerce platforms, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple setups concurrently.
• Familiarity with prescription eyewear setup processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot setup issues efficiently.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in Alabang on a mid-shift or night-shift schedule.
