Job Description:

Location: Enfield, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Setup and Maintenance Mechanic in Enfield, CT.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity to the client company!

Hours: Monday -Thursday 11:30am-10pm

Responsibilities:

Setup machines, diagnose problems, perform repairs and adjustments in a timely manner
Interpret job work orders for accuracy and setups
Responsible for machines’ routine maintenance and inspections
Complete machine maintenance logs, inventory parts, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department
Comply with the production departments standard operating procedures to ensure confidentiality of data and documents, quality of the product being produced, and production efficiencies

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Previous setup and maintenance mechanic experience, 2+ consecutive years
Experience changing oils and chains on machines, 2+ consecutive years
Ability to sett up machines to open/close gauges.
Auto background a plus
