Job Summary: The Service Sales Manager at PaxeraHealth Corp is responsible for driving sales of service contracts, support plans, and value-added services for the company’s medical imaging and healthcare IT solutions. This role focuses on maximizing customer retention, ensuring zero churn, and growing service revenue through proactive engagement and tailored service solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: + Drive sales of service contracts, renewals, and extended support plans for PaxeraHealth’s products. + Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service offerings to existing and new customers. + Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets for service sales. Zero Churn & Customer Retention: + Implement proactive customer engagement strategies to ensure zero churn and long-term service contract renewals. + Monitor customer satisfaction, identify pain points, and work with internal teams to resolve issues before they impact retention. + Develop customer success initiatives to strengthen relationships and increase loyalty. Customer Relationship Management: + Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and imaging centers to understand their service needs. + Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and sales negotiations. + Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. Collaboration & Coordination: + Work closely with the technical support and implementation teams to align service offerings with customer requirements. + Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote service packages effectively. + Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings based on market trends and customer feedback. Market Analysis & Reporting: + Monitor market trends and competitor service offerings to enhance PaxeraHealth’s service portfolio. + Track service sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
