**Job Title: Sewer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewer to join our team. In this role, you will sew details, hems, edges, and other components to meet daily production objectives safely and efficiently. This position also includes material cutting and handling as required. **Responsibilities** + Operate different types of sewing machines in the production line. + Learn and execute all standard sewing details according to specifications. + Pay attention to details to ensure precise sewing according to product specifications. + Inspect completed pieces for cleanliness and completion before passing to the next stage. + Keep sewing/cutting equipment clean. + Participate in daily basic maintenance of sewing/cutting equipment. + Adhere to and comply with all company safety requirements. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in sewing and industrial sewing. + Experience with upholstering and embroidery. + Ability to operate sewing machines and perform hemming. + Experience following written instructions and using a tape measure. + Familiarity with double-needle sewing and inspection processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form. + Ability to measure accurately (linear dimensions). + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). + Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures. + Capability to lift 50 lbs. + 1-3 years of industrial/commercial sewing experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer full-time hours, stable employment, a clean work area, and full benefits once employed.
