**Description** This position within the finance and business management team supports the annual budgeting, OPEX management and monthly estimate deliverables. This role will support the Finance Management Team to focus on evaluating brand strategies around drivers of gross margin and A&P expenses. + Assist the planning, analysis and reporting of critical lines of the brand P&Ls including Net Sales, COGS and Advertising & Promotions investment. + Partner with Marketing team in developing, evaluating and monitoring investment choices in Advertising and Promotion to ensure the brand investment delivers optimum return in line with brand strategy. + Partner with Sales Planning in the forecasting and analysis of Gross Shipments, Discounts, Tester/DIF and Returns. + Plan, Estimate and Analyze cost of goods and provide recommendations for continued improvement in gross margin. + Assist and prepare the monthly marketing deck reconciliation for the brand and support the tracking of GVC savings. + Consolidate and issue monthly financial reporting packages and other key reports, evolving reporting as needed to meet changing focuses and/or management needs. + Ensure accuracy of category P&L reporting, analyze category P&Ls to ensure investment decisions are aligned with brand strategy. Highlight insights to improve resource allocation decisions. + Leveraging resources within the controller team, perform the month end closing process, preparation of journal entries and account summaries when appropriate. + Liaise with region shared service departments on capital, demonstration and field selling. + Involvement in North America Regional projects like Strategy, Planning and Ad Hoc analysis. + Liaise/partner with global team(Korea) with ad hoc reports (Eg. monthly RS/NS, Quarterly IR) Prepare WPR/MPR and monthly financial package to global team. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field + 2⁃3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related function + Ability to collaborate and drive cross⁃functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary. + Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems, Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus + Strong analytical skills required to perform value added FP&A functions. + Knowledge of accounting a plus to help with month⁃end closing, and working with the Controller + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. + Ability to work under pressure of tight deadline and to multitask. + Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures. + Thinks Strategically: Takes a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future.
