Job Description SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Customer Excellence & Distributor Market Director (AEM), this role is a key enabler of driving high performance of brand and in field teams to support the organizational growth. The role will specifically own, align and deliver new commercial capabilities and enable the business to be more patient centric, externally focused, and innovative. The successful candidate will have an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and work effectively with cross-functional teams. He/she will make highly efficient, relevant, action oriented and innovative tailor-made recommendations to the leadership team for continuously improving customers’ experience and engagement. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES This will be specifically achieved by leading, guiding, monitoring and developing strategies target to improve business and planning/execution processes across brands and functions. Required to work closely with the business leaders and play pivotal role to continuously improve the organization capabilities. Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the following: • Collaborate with brand team in the development of the overarching digital strategy in brand plan and functional planning. • Drive in-field team excellence and execution • Support the tactical design and implementation of multi-channel initiatives to strengthen campaigns. • Support ongoing development of digital capability, includes working with commercial business technology solution team to increase competency level across business • Support the Brand teams by providing insight via market reports to identify area of opportunities and facilitate action planning. 1. Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy • Enable effective execution of brand strategies in the field by focusing to improve salesforce efficiency, analyze and generate valuable feedback on IFT performance. As a champion of Veeva CRM system, to collect data and perform analysis in order to generate valuable feedback on IFT performance and give professional advice to business leaders. • Support IFTs to deliver valuable interactions and engagement with stakeholders that change their behaviors by strengthening the “Challenger” mindset and skills. • Partner with Sales Managers to develop and lead processes to improve efficiency of in field cross functional activities including commercial, medical and market access. • Responsible for sales incentives plan assessment, implementation, and computation • Other tasks/projects will be assigned from time to time. 2. Digital Strategy • Work with brand team to ensure the strategic voice of the business and the end-user is reflected in multi-channel solutions and to ensure value-added to the organization and customers. • Deliver seamless integrated strategies and initiatives supporting brand teams through a structured partnership cross functional and IFT execution. • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans on existing digital programs & assets. • Work closely with commercial business technology solution team on development of innovative digital solutions to improve business processes. • Other tasks/projects will be assigned from time to time. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY • None Qualifications • BSc degree • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management &/or sales learning & development/coaching roles. Digital marketing experience will be highly valuable. • Experience in biopharma / FMCG area will be a strong advantage. • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns. • Experience managing social media campaigns, LINE OA…etc. • Solid understanding of web metrics, content & experience, social & relationships, digital data and can generate, analyze, and interpret data.
