SFE & Field Intelligence Coordinator

The SFE & Field Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for facilitating processes integration and methods that contribute to the improved performance and efficiency of the field team, providing accurate and timely analysis and insights and enabling the successfully implementation of brand strategies. Is also responsible for developing reports and analysis for the sales team and working in collaboration with other teams to empower timely and effective commercial decisions. This position will also be responsible for talent development and coordination of key initiatives based on business needs and company values.

Responsibilities


Talent management

Direct reports developmentTimely feedback and plan focused on skills development

Veeva CRM

Guarantee the quality of the CRM data (interactions, CLM, surveys, account management etc.)Develop tools and training materials/content for current platform or future enhancementsContribute to local and global projects and implementations

Reporting & Analytics

Business reporting and analysisWork with stakeholders for supporting strategies for new productsUpdate, analyze and track reports for sales team territory performance KPIsPrepare required reports periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and supports the business with ad-hoc reportingIdentify unmet business needs for brandsSupport and lead the development of innovative and insightful solutions to drive excellenceProvides timely and actionable analysis on sales team performance in alignment with Sales Operations teamDrive the design/enhancement of KPI Dashboard reports for sales management and first line managersManage system tools to run comprehensive reports automatically/manually, facilitate internal user’s analysis

Sales Force Effectiveness

Execute change of territory deployment and sales force productivity evaluationPrepare performance metrics for sales force effectiveness analysisProfile customers and segments and develop customer segmentation guidelines in coordination with Sales Operations teamContribute to the support of sales and marketing projects to back strategic management decisions, such as customer segmentation for new product, territory alignment and redeployment and quota.

General

Responsible for engaging and implementation of internal trainings and project implementationResponsible for local, regional and global project implementationResponsible for the NCM KPI´s (New KPI´s)

Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in SFE routines and metricsHigh Experience with Veeva CRMPrevious experience in a pharmaceutical companyAdvanced Excel skills

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
