**Role**
This role is responsible for supporting cooperated Business Units (BU) on target setting & allocation, territory design and optimization, performance & behavior KPI tracking, listing tracking, incentive communication as the business partner; driving the brand strategy landing from SFE perspectives.
**Responsibility**
This role is to work with 1) Internal BU leaders (sales & marketing, digital & operation if any) and BU sales managers/functional departments, SFE or other CE&I team leaders and members 2) External partners (if required) to take care below responsibility -
+ Understand BU and brands strategy, lead field force implementation including target hospital selection, territory setting/optimization, target setting/allocation.
+ Lead the customer analysis & KPI tracking of the BU/brands; discover the root cause of gaps and propose actions.
+ Define the listing pool rules and lead the listing pool selection, listing tracking and help BU find the areas to improve.
+ Conduct regular analysis of productivity of territories and sales lines, performance of BU/brands, performance of field force and work out improving areas with insights.
+ Work as the window person of BU appealing or ad-hoc requests.
+ Work as a key player of incentive framework design to land brand strategy and communicate the incentive policy to all layers of field force.
+ Lead hospital potential assessment.
+ Support field force on utilizing SFE platforms/systems/dashboards in their daily operation, bridge system issues with technical teams for resolution.
+ Contribute to structuring analysis & restructuring when required.
