Graduate Excellence Model Program
Our Graduate Excellence Model (GEM) program is an accelerated program, especially created to build talent pipeline for the future of the company. Our goal is to develop future leaders who are not only technically proficient but also collaborative and inclusive. Upon the embarkation of this 2-year program, you'll first go through a transition phase to build foundational knowledge about semiconductors. From there, you'll deepen your technical skill set and problem-solving abilities. Finally, you'll get to apply what you've learned and develop leadership skills by driving continuous improvement projects and engaging in activities for holistic growth. Our program includes technical induction, e-learning on semiconductor processes, soft skills & personal improvement skills and fab-centric training programs, with a technical showcase to management at the end. Why this role
As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills and play a vital role in fueling our growth in Process Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs, with a focus on advanced manufacturing and new technologies such as AR/VR. Your role will be key to improving process performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.
