Over two outstanding years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and People & Organization in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

A permanent employment contract from day one 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Two years full of responsibilities, growing, learning and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Currently, we are looking for a trainee for People & Organization / Ecosystem / Digitalization in Munich. Three individually designed assignments at different locations, including one eight-month assignment abroad in one of our Siemens locations world-wide. An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in: Business Administration Human ResourcesLawPsychology or similarAffinity for IT/Digitalization/ Experience with AI is a plusSignificant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similarBasic understanding of HR processes and best practices is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and / or working abroad Fluency in English is a must.
