You’ll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.  Each of our clients has different needs and in applying your expertise in different contexts, you’ll develop your skills and gain valuable experience that will serve you throughout your career.

Part of our Global Employer Services division, Share Plans & Incentives takes pride in working with entrepreneurial, fast growing businesses to help them incentivise their workforce. The projects are exciting, collaborative and often transactional, where everyone thinks outside the box to solve complex problems for their clients.

We’re looking for someone with:  

Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownershipAn in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etcExpertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangementsExperience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRCStaff management and mentoring experienceAbility to profitably manage a client portfolioDemonstrable development of new clients and successful selling of new services to existing clientsAwareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentivesExperience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of feesInterest in the wider HR and human capital drivers and implications of rewardEducated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
