As a Shared Laboratory Resource Assistant, you will perform a variety of support activities at a lower scientific complexity level and function as a key support to the operations and research customers. **A caregiver in this position works 6:00am - 2:30pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Perform various procedures or SOPs to carefully operate and conduct maintenance of core equipment. + Notify senior personnel or a supervisor of equipment malfunction or other issues that need immediate attention. + Perform quality assurance on all assigned activities per procedures or SOPs. + Assist with collecting, receiving, processing, transporting, or storing supplies from various labs. + Receive/answer and process departmental communications through iLab ordering system, or email, or phone and/or voicemail, or other technology used for communication. + Perform appropriate cleaning procedures for specific areas and maintain adequate stock of supplies, inventory management of transporting and distributing supplies as needed. + Complete three months of on-the-job training to learn department laboratory procedures, instrumentation and Cleveland Clinic policies. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $15.25 Maximum hourly: $19.60 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
