Job Details
The HR Shared Service Specialist is one of the key "faces" of the CHS HR Service Center, serving as the primary contact, offering a centralized, advisory service for HR-related matters and queries for all CHS employees. This position will be responsible for providing general HR support, guidance and resolutions for inquiries.
Job Responsibilities :
+ Ensure all callers receive an outstanding customer experience on every contact with on time delivery and production of work that meets or exceeds expectations
+ By utilizing call tracking system, actively monitor and accurately track information about all calls and any relevant information
+ Drive continuous improvement of HR Operations through timely acknowledgment of requests/calls, timely resolution to requests/calls
+ Maintain working knowledge of company policies to provide guidance to employees and managers to ensure compliance and consistency
+ Working both autonomously and in a team environment to provide HR Support to the Business Partners, Payroll and entity HR departments
+ Process tuition reimbursement including tracking payments, following up with employees on missing documentation, and acting as a liaison between the employee, local HR and Payroll
+ Complete employment verifications and respond to information subpoenas
+ Assist with scanning and indexing of documentation through OnBase
+ Undertake general administration duties as required and identify opportunities to streamline processes wherever possible
+ Assist with other HR related projects
Requirements and Qualifications :
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
+ Must have a working knowledge of Human Resources
+ Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment
+ Committed to excellence in service and performance
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
+ Must be a team player
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
+ Analytical skills, as evidenced by the proven ability to interpret business needs
+ Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
+ 2 years of HR experience, preferably in various areas of HR such as HRIS, Benefits, & LOAs
+ Proven ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships and influence others
+ Prior experience communicating and working with all levels of the organization
+ Previous experience with Lawson and Neocase a plus
Salary Range
USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
