ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a Professional Network within non-residential sectors (commercial property, manufacturing, etc.). Manage internal Leads from Service Team, Special Projects, Dyna, Construction, etc. Attend Trade Shows and/or Training 1-2 times per year. Employ Critical Listening skills to identify customer needs. Review and/or develop bid documents. Perform the material, labor, and equipment takeoff and develop construction estimates. Write proposals, obtain bid bond/insurance certificates, and completes customer bid forms. Conducts a thorough bid review with peers/management prior to the submission of the proposal. Develops the Company’s proposal strategy to differentiate and/or solicit preferential treatment versus being the low bid. Negotiate contracts upstream and down to mitigate risk. Develop and Articulate custom Solutions to meet individual customer needs. Fully leverage all resources and technical support available. Timely and beneficial response to all. Practice the 24 hour or less follow up rule.COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel). Competent integrating CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Familiarity with ZoomInfo B2B Database

Capability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop market revenue. Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required. Excellent attendance required. Must be dependable and efficient. Proficient in Microsoft Office – Teams, Outlook, Word & Excel. Capability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets. Ability and willingness to learn other software applications as required. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player attitude and professional appearance. Knowledge of HVAC industry. Minimum of 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Commercial Property and Manufacturing sector highly preferred Extensive experience in Mechanical Industry or Contract Sales. High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
